The connections we have with each channel / partner create a complex system where errors might occur. We work closely with all our partners to ensure that we all minimise the risk of an over-booking happening. There may be several reasons why an overbooking can occur and we investigate each case separately to find the cause and take any measurements to prevent it from happening again.
We cannot assist in contacting channels or re-allocating guests. This needs to be managed by the Property Manager/Owner.
