Synchronisation

A reservation from a sales channel to RU or from RU to a sales channel will be synchronised instantly. If you are connected to RU via a PMS, you need to see what applies for your PMS specifically under the section 'Getting Started' in the Help Desk. 

If a reservation is not being synchronised correctly, please report it HERE and we will investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible
