    Sorry to write you about this channel, but we've tried every possible way to solve the problem and OnlyApartments revert back to the finance department and time goes by without them paying us.
    We had 2 booking reservations at the end of September  with OnlyApartments and they did not pay us back as usually. So our clients had been constantly  complain and we do not know what can we do more.
    I wrote then several times and I also called them (now, all the phone numbers are off).
    Are you aware of similar problems with other customers? 
    Would not it be better to remove our properties from this channel?
    Please come back to me with some news.

    We have spoken with Only-Apartments and they have assured us that all clients will be paid as soon as possible. They have experienced some issues recently that we are already discussing with them and they have given our clients an estimated payment period by the end of this quarter.

    Have you had any updates on this issue?

    I have reached out to the RU support team twice and have not heard back as of yet and we have yet to be paid for a reservation that checked out almost 2 weeks ago.  Any update you have would be great.
