How can I validate my Rentals United Account?

  1. Hover over your profile icon at the top right-hand corner of your account and click on 'Payment settings', Click on 'Add Billing Method' (if you have not already added one)
  2. Please select the correct currency (if your card is in EUR, choose EUR, if it’s in GBP, choose GBP)
  3. Check your bank statement and insert the amount(s) charged from your account (never more than 5 Euros) in the box(es) and click on Validate.

If for some reason when the amounts are not validating the account and you fail after 3 attempts, the process starts again and you will have to add the card once more.

In some cases the exchange rate may prevent you from validating with the correct amount, therefore we recommend you contact our Support team and include a screenshot showing the amount charged from your card so that we can assist with validating the account.

At the point of validation, all funds charged during the process will be returned to the account.
