Your iCal file must be broken and therefore your Availability will not sync anymore. The main reasons for this happening are:
- iCal issue No.1: Your iCal is trying to open some dates that are already booked or blocked in RU. It creates an error and stops the synchronization. To resolve it you should make sure that your iCal and your Rentals United Calendar match.
- iCal issue No.2: Your iCal is not working properly with our system. We accept all iCal links except ones that have same day block (see example #1). To resolve this please contact your iCal provider and ask them to change the configuration of the iCal.
Valid iCal: "Block from 12/08/2017 to 15/08/2017".
Invalid iCal: "Block from 12/08/2017 to 12/08/2017" - "Block from 13/08/2017 to 13/08/2017" - "Block from 14/08/2017 to 14/08/2017" - "Block from 15/08/2017 to 15/08/2017".
- iCal issue No.3: Your iCal link does not work anymore. Please contact your iCal provider and ask for a new link.
