The wrong rate is displayed in the channel. What should I do?

If the wrong rate is displayed in any channel apart from Hotel Reservation Sites, please report to us via our Support Form.

If the wrong rate is displayed in the Hotel Reservation Sites (, Expedia, Agoda, Ostrovok, HostelWorld), the first thing you should do is checking your Manual Options for that property by following these instructions:

  1. Log in your Rentals United Account
  2. Go to Services > My Services > Channels
  3. Select the Channel
  4. Click on Property Settings
  5. Click on "Manual Options" next to the property you are having the issue with.

You will be then able to see the exact price we are pushing for that specific property for each day:


If this price is not the same as the one in the channel, it means that you have Discounts or Extra Fees added in the channel. In this case you should contact your Account Manager in the Channel and inform accordingly.

In any other case, please report to us to issue via our Support Form.
