In Rentals United -> Services -> Booking.com -> Promotions

Create new promotion -> Country Rate

Select the countries the promotion should be applied to -> Select the discount value -> the discount will be applied for all dates automatically, so if you wish to exclude certain dates, click on choose dates. 

Select the Booking.com listings the promotion should apply for -> Create promotion.
