Click on 'Help' here:
On the next screen, click on 'Sign in' and enter one of these two:
- The email address you use to log in your Rentals United
- The notification email you set up in Rentals United
If it's the first time that you access this section, then click on 'Forgot my password' in order to create a password:
Once you create a password and are logged in, click on 'My activities'
On the next screen, you will see the tickets that you have sent to RU Support under Requests > My Requests
