Why can't I download my invoices?

You can download the PDF of your invoices from this section in your Rentals United account:

If you see that the button 'Download PDF' is not active:

This is because you did not enter all the details in the Company Profile section, and without company details the invoice cannot be generated.

To solve this, please go to Company Profile and fill in all the fields. After that, go back to My Invoices and the 'Download PDF' button will be active.

If the fields on Company Profile are blocked and you cannot add any info, please follow these steps:

1) Go to Payout Settings and fill in all the fields

2) The information that you just added on Payout Settings will automatically populate into your Company Profile section

3) The button 'Download PDF' will be active
