Why don't you offer phone support?

Our goal is to solve your issues and providing answers to your questions as quick as possible. 

By providing support over the phone, via email, and via our support form over the years, we have seen that the support form that we currently use is by far the most efficient tool to solve issues. We need quite a few technical details in order to solve more complex issues, and that is best provided via the form. 

Even though we would love to talk to you over the phone, this would mean that the resolution time of your issues would increase and that would not make either of us happy. 

Recently we increased the members of our Support team and extended the working hours in order to attend you quicker. We always want to improve and we are happy to hear any feedback you might have here
